In-house capabilities include tool design, tool building and tool maintenance for the entire life of the project. These tools may be simple blanking dies or precision progressive dies designed for millions of parts.
Our die material can range from O-1, D-2 to M-4 and carbide, depending on your requirements. Small 5-inch right up to the larger 24-inch tool dies are available at Clover Stamping.
Our wide extent of 30 in-house presses range from 5 tons up to 100 tons which can easily handle material thicknesses anywhere from .002 right up to .125 thick. We also have 3 multislides for all our special applications.
